Episode #0019 “So Many Jugs… So Little Time”

As the summer comes to a close, we heat up the inter-net with another socially inappropriate episode of It Burns When I Pee. Norma Jean (and her kissin partners: Sarah Bear & Natalie), along with Creepy Guy and NTBNTBBTOB join me in Get Your Hank On Studio and we bring you a jammed packed show. In this episode we feature an interview with the band BIG JUGS. These guys are awesome and we were honored to have the whole band on the show. We will also spin a couple of songs from their new album, “Ridin’ Dirty”.

We are going to rack up a special dedication for the late great Don Helms, and of course we can’t have a September show without showing some love to the birthday man himself… HANK WILLIAMS. If you haven’t heard, The Meat Purveyors got back together to do a new album and we have an exclusive track from that album to play. There will also be a great song from the band Politically Erect along with a Rolling Stones song. I know… we are all over the board on this episode. Ha Ha Ha!

We talk about tons of stuff in this episode as well. BEWARE: Norma Jean is drunk and Ryan is under the weather, but we still had a great time. We talk about our trip to the Metal Farm Magazine Release Party, the IBWIP Auction, fan feedback, and we press play and have Norma Jean and her kissin partners watch some more porn. Of course we are not going to leave you itching for some comedy, we have another great IBWIP Dating Game skit. This time host Blake Clayton is the guy looking for “Ms.Right”.

Shame on you if you think that only guys can make kick ass REAL country music! In this episode of IBWIP we introduce you to just a few of the talented (and beautiful) ladies that are out there putting their own THANG in TWANG. We were lucky enough to get to have Rachel Brooke as our featured interview. She’s got an amazing voice and a style all her own. We are also going to feature music from Star Anna, Elizabeth Cook, Carmen Lee, and Little Lisa Dixie.

Of course it wouldn’t be an episode of IBWIP without another great comedy skit. Unfortunately, we are unable to mention the title do to the legal issues that we have currently found ourselves in (which we talk about anyway). Trust us though, it’s well worth the listen. Of course we have another great giveaway featuring a Rachel Brooke Giveaway Pack. That’s right, not just a CD, but a whole lot more so make sure you email your answer to us. Welcome to the dirty stalls of It Burns When I Pee! This episode is a very special show because we have Dave Sisson (from The Gin Palace Jesters and Three Blue Teardrops ) right here in Get Your Hank On Studio’s. We were honored to have Dave with us and had a great time hangin out with him. Just wish Andy had brought his power cord. We play a couple songs from the Jesters and a song from Three Blue Teardrops. Who needs March Madness when you have Episode #13 of IBWIP?! In this episode we feature an interview with Doyle Mayfield from The Doyle and Debbie Show. If you have never heard of D&D then your in for a treat. Doyle talks about how the group got started, his childhood, and what he thinks of Music Row. Pay attention because we have a trivia question as well where you can win a CD from The Doyle and Debbie Show.
