IBWIP Episode #0187 “Drunken Squirrel”

Blake, Intern Heather, Locks Of Love Jason, and The Voice gather around the kitchen table and bring you another entertaining episode. Blake talks about shooting a gun with Big E, and talks about his awesome surprise birthday party that Mollz threw for him. The one and only Joseph Huber played and Blake’s brother got drunk and Heather confesses that she has never been to a strip club.

During IBWIP News Bulletin Heather tells us about a drunk squirrel, powdered alcohol, and wet wipes. During Chap Dat Ass Jason vents about Daylight Savings Time, Dustin doesn’t wanna share his toilet, Heather wants people to have social grace, and Blake feels like Frogger dodging cars to get to cross the street. We also touch on Dustin’s other nickname “Vitamin D” and Heather thinks about buying some juicy underwear.

Finally we bring back Punch It Up where Jason gives everyone the chance to be a late night talk show host. During the game Dustin goes out of turn and everyone has to sing the outro song. Music by Molly Gene and The Monads.

Joseph Huber has a new album out entitled, “The Hanging Road” and we were lucky enough to sit down with him to talk about it. We pulled up a couple bar stools onto the famous pickin’ porch at The High Note in Pekin IL. In the interview we discuss the new album, talk about what makes the perfect song, and his recent nuptials. We also discuss his wood-working and even throw in a couple .357 String Band questions. Not only is this episode available as a podcast but we also have it as a vidcast on our PeeAVision youtube page. The video includes a live performance of two new songs from his new album including: Coming Down From You as well as Same River Twice. It Burns When I Pee Episode #0086 “Tongue Kissing Our Moms”

If you missed the live taping of IBWIP on 2/18 then here is what you missed. We spin tunes from Left Lane Cruiser, The Devil Makes Three, Joseph Huber, LoneWolf OMB, Ben Prestage, and The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band.

In this episode we do our award winning segment called Stupid People Doing Stupid Things (which is how we came up with the show title). We also attempt to play a head to head competition of “How Well Do You Know Your Partner” but due to technical difficulties we have to cut it in half and have Mollz and Blake take on each other. Here is a hint of who wins… “I DONT LIKE IT!”

We also discuss Manti Te’o and MTV’s Catfish. Blake get’s busted for liking Ching Chong Bitches on Facebook, Beej loves being in charge of the sound effects, and Coley won’t satisfy Beej while behind the wheel.. EVER! And we can’t forget that great video of Mollz and her weekend in Wisconsin.

We are also proud to announce our partnership with a great artist by the name of Eric VanSingel. He is going to start doing a bi-weekly comic for IBWIP. It Burns When I Pee Episode #0078 “Reindeer Wreck”

The last live episode of IBWIP for 2012 was definitely one to remember. Some would say that it was an epic fail but others would call it radio gold. Either way Amish BJ, Coldbeer, and Blake struggle through and get to the 3rd segment where they always prevail. In the episode Blake has the brilliant idea to start a new game “Prank Call Survivor”. You have to listen to find out what happens. We also count down the top 7 albums of 2012. We spin tunes from The Calamity Cubes, Rachel Brooke, Olds Sleeper, Justin Townes Earle, Heinrich 13 and the Devilgrass Pickers, LoneWolf OMB, and Joseph Huber. We AGAIN confirm that EP15 will cause suicide attempts, and Coldbeer and Santa talk about having anal sex. We play a set of voicemails that Blake’s “mailman” left him after he had a meltdown because he was the only one in the country to not get his Rachel Brooke album when everyone else did. Finally we have an intimate conversation with Mollz about living with The Podcasting God Blake Clayton.
