It Burns When I Pee Episode #0169 “Deer Dew”

Holy Cow! What an entertaining episode… we promise! In this episode we play music from Sunday Valley (Sturgill Simpson’s former band), Matt Woods, and The Meat Purveyors. Locks of Love Jason, The Voice, Mollz, and Blake sit around the table and discuss things that get on their nerves in our segment “Chap Dat Ass”. Dustin hates pajama pants in public, Jason hates “Back in my day”, and Mollz hates being called “Ma’am”.

We also hear a new episode #3 of “Spaghetti Western”. We find out what happens when Hector, Sheriff Justice, and Dastardly Dirk have their shoot out, and I think the outcome will really surprise you.

Finally we welcome the Buck Brothers into the studio. Their store “Hunt Hut” has developed a product that all hunters will want to get their hands on. Herb and Butch get a little wild and crazy and discuss the ultimate hunt. Mollz doesn’t like the guys and there is a large amount of ammo that is discharged during the interview.

Amish BJ, Coldbeer, and Blake talk about Blake’s struggles with having to fend for himself since Mollz is away visiting “The Rat”. Coldbeer and Amish BJ get new mics, BJ has to wipe his butt with a magazine, and Blake drinks orange Fanta soda in his “techno” mug. 2012 is going to be a big year for IBWIP and it starts with our first episode of the year. In this episode we feature an interview with Bloodshot Records recording artist Lydia Loveless. In the interview we discuss the new album, Indestructible Machine, as well as her song writing process. We also talk about the inspiration for her song “Steve Earle” as well as a bunch of other topics.

Besides playing a triple shot of Lydia, we also spin tunes from The Meat Purveyors, Scott H. Biram, Wayne “The Train” Hancock, Scroat Belly, Mekons, Justin Townes Earle, and Dexter Romweber Duo. All these artists have been or are a part of the Bloodshot Records catalog. But we don’t stop there. As always we bring you some great laughs as well.

In this episode we continue our new segment, “Stupid People Doing Stupid Things.” This is a don’t miss! Amish BJ updates us on Christyfest, drinks a 4 Loco, and fights with Mr. Ed for air time. In this episode, we have music by The Meat Purveyors, Carmen Lee and The Tomorrow River Two, The Pine Box Boys, Johnny Cash, Those Poor Bastards, Split Lip Rayfield, Whitetrash Whiplash, The Dirt Daubers, Bobby Bare Jr, Hellbound Glory, and more!

In this episode, IBWIP spits out their first album review. We review Bobby Bare Jr. album A Storm, A Tree, and My Mothers Head. We also discuss The Podcasting God Blake Clayton’s new show and SCM.com. We prep for Halloween by exposing Amish B.J’s bad influence on Coldbeer Coley and having an interview with a REAL Vampire! We also talk about Blake and Uncle Bubba’s trip to Vegas, Coldbeer Coley kissing strippers, and wanting us to have people threating to kill us (wouldn’t that be awesome).

Mrs. Bubba answers questions about the vagina and much, much, more. As for music, we stay true to our Anti-Valentines Day theme by playing songs from The Calamity Cubes, The Meat Purveyors, The Pine Box Boys, Lonesome Wyatt and The Holy Spooks, Uncle Scratch’s Gospel Revival, and as a special dedication we play a song from N.W.A.

As the summer comes to a close, we heat up the inter-net with another socially inappropriate episode of It Burns When I Pee. Norma Jean (and her kissin partners: Sarah Bear & Natalie), along with Creepy Guy and NTBNTBBTOB join me in Get Your Hank On Studio and we bring you a jammed packed show. In this episode we feature an interview with the band BIG JUGS. These guys are awesome and we were honored to have the whole band on the show. We will also spin a couple of songs from their new album, “Ridin’ Dirty”.

We are going to rack up a special dedication for the late great Don Helms, and of course we can’t have a September show without showing some love to the birthday man himself… HANK WILLIAMS. If you haven’t heard, The Meat Purveyors got back together to do a new album and we have an exclusive track from that album to play. There will also be a great song from the band Politically Erect along with a Rolling Stones song. I know… we are all over the board on this episode. Ha Ha Ha!

We talk about tons of stuff in this episode as well. BEWARE: Norma Jean is drunk and Ryan is under the weather, but we still had a great time. We talk about our trip to the Metal Farm Magazine Release Party, the IBWIP Auction, fan feedback, and we press play and have Norma Jean and her kissin partners watch some more porn.
